No accessThe app stays closed and its tile is hidden.ViewerCan look: screens, documents, reports. Changes nothing.PreparerViewer, plus day-to-day work: edit, upload, fill in, submit.ApproverPreparer, plus approving: invoices, payments, staff requests, the office dashboards.AdminEverything in that app, including its settings and deleting.
Some things stay yours whatever the role: writing checks, connecting QuickBooks, your phone alerts, and this page.
